Billing Information
We are moving towards a fully automated billing system for monthly system payments. We are moving all clients to use standing orders or our new Billing Platform.

Riders under 16 years of age: I accept full responsibility for my child and confirm that the above pre-assessed abilities are correct. I accept my child rides at his/her own risk.
Riders aged 16 years and over: I confirm that the above pre-assessed abilities are correct and that I ride entirely at my own risk.
GDPR act: I understand that the information that I have given will be held in accordance the GDPR but may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any injury or accident. I understand that I must obey the instructions of the instructor and must comply with the Health and Safety of the establishment. I reserve the right not to ride a horse allocated to me or my child and or request a change of instructor
I confirm that to the best of my knowledge all the above details are correct. A parent or guardian of riders under the age of 16 must accept this declaration.
I acknowledge THAT RIDING IS A RISK SPORT AND HOLDS A POTENTIAL DANGER, and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.

Please note lessons can only be booked online if your account has been verified, you meet the level requirements and the booking is made more than a day in advance. If you have any questions or wish to book at shorter notice please contact the office. Bookings can only be cancelled by contacting the office and all bookings are governed by Barton End Equestrian Centre's terms. Vouchers cannot be used for online bookings.
